Hire our Scout Hut
To help support the upkeep of our building, we hire out our hall when it is not being used by our groups. Please note that the hall is in use every weekday evening during school term times.
The main hall is approximately 8.5m × 14m (120 square metres) in addition to the kitchen and toilets. The maximum capacity is 60 people. The maximum height (for bouncy castles) is 2.7m or 9ft. We also have our own parking spaces and outdoor grass area.
Our current rate is £18.00 per hour: the time booked should include setup and cleaning after your party. E.g. if you book 2-5 then we will let you in a couple of minutes before 2, and expect you to be ready to leave the carpark a couple of minutes after 5 so we can lock up. We kindly ask that all rubbish and waste is taken away afterwards. We will ask for a £20 deposit which is returned to you at the end of the hire as per our standard conditions. Please note the minimum hire period is two hours. Regular bookings are only accepted during the daytime during the week (not at weekends).

After you have checked availability you will need to fill in a booking form which can be downloaded here. The booking form should be returned to us along with your hire fee and deposit (details are on the form). Please do not send a booking form without contacting us first!
